The Skink Info-Popup Staghorn Fern

Staghorn ferns can grow more than 1m wide and produce two kinds of frond; a kidney-shaped basal frond that shields the plant’s roots; and antler shaped fertile fronds. They’re epiphytic, or prefer to be high up, and survive by capturing moisture and nutrients from the surrounding air.
