The Weir Info-Popup Fairy Wrens

Superb fairy-wren males are brightly coloured with rich black and blue plumage on the chest. Females and young birds brown with some red-orange around the eye. They’re fast and social and build dome-shaped nests of grasses usually placed in low bush and dense cover where they feed on small insects and seeds.
